About The Position

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in McDonough, GA. This is a full-time, non-traditional BCBA role focused on providing ABA therapy services to children with developmental challenges within partner childcare centers. The position emphasizes collaborative work with childcare staff and the delivery of ABA services in natural environments alongside same-age peers. The role involves conducting assessments, designing interventions, supervising RBTs, and supporting children with ASD and other developmental challenges in inclusive settings.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong organizational skills and clinical decision-making abilities
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working within school/childcare teams
• Flexibility to commute between partner childcare locations in McDonough (additional compensation provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized behavioral interventions
• Provide ABA services and behavioral consultation within childcare centers
• Supervise and train RBTs
• Coach and collaborate with childcare staff to promote classroom-wide success
• Support children with ASD and other developmental challenges in inclusive settings
• Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on.

• Compensation: $95,000 starting (tiered salary based on experience and certification year)
