About The Position

We're excited to offer a sign-on bonus based on experience! The Communication Clubhouse in Downers Grove, IL is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our growing team. Join our team of pediatric professionals whose goal is to support children and their families in reaching goals and building positive skills and behaviors in the most meaningful and motivating ways. Our ABA team at The Communication Clubhouse is proud to provide care to children with diverse needs in a way that is safe, dignified, and meaningful, not only to the child but to their family. From the start, we work with families to establish goals and a treatment plan that can focus on a child’s interests and strengths, as we have learned that this is the best way to decrease behaviors that are unsafe or disruptive to a child’s daily life. Our BCBAs frequently target skills and goals in a naturally-led or play-based environment, capitalizing on what a child wants to do and being flexible and creative from there! We monitor progress frequently and problem solve as needed to ensure that each child is given the individualized tools and support to increase their happiness and success. Our collaborative model allows therapists of all disciplines to work alongside each other to provide comprehensive and holistic care so that children can communicate, engage, and play without disruptive behaviors. Continue your BCBA career with The Communication Clubhouse, and have the potential to earn up to $6,000 annually in best practice bonuses!
