About The Position

As a BCBA Supervisor at Flywheel Centers, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA care. You'll work closely with your clients, their families, and your clinical teammates to promote real progress - not just check boxes. You'll also collaborate with your Regional Clinical Director, RBTs, and the Quality Assurance team to ensure services are compliant, ethical, and family-focused.

Requirements

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Active New Jersey State License
Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
Commitment to collaboration, transparency, and continued learning

Responsibilities

Competitive Salary: $95K-$115K/year depending on experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months)
