About The Position
As a BCBA Supervisor at Flywheel Centers, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA care. You'll work closely with your clients, their families, and your clinical teammates to promote real progress - not just check boxes. You'll also collaborate with your Regional Clinical Director, RBTs, and the Quality Assurance team to ensure services are compliant, ethical, and family-focused.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Active New Jersey State License
- Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
- Commitment to collaboration, transparency, and continued learning
- Adaptability and a passion for helping families thrive
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical supervision and parent training for your assigned clients
- Create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and family goals
- Support and supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates (as needed)
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development events
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Central Reach
- Ensure compliance with Flywheel policies, state regulations, and insurance standards
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
