•$95,000 - $105,000•Hybrid

About The Position

D & M Behavioral Solutions of Pembroke Pines, FL is looking to hire a full-time experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our supervisor track. This role involves leading family-centered ABA with a caseload that can be supervised well, and benefits that take care of you. As a BCBA at D & M, you are the clinical leader for your caseload. Your days combine supervision visits and direct work with families, data review on ABA Matrix, and quick check-ins with your RBTs. Each week you run caregiver training sessions, update programs, and use protected time for documentation, so your reports get written during your workday, not at midnight. Every month you complete progress reports and authorization packets with help from our operations team, which also handles payer credentialing with you, and you review cases with our Clinical Director. Full-time means 30 billable hours per week, so you have the time to supervise well, think through your cases, and still have a life outside of work.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
  • Three or more years of post-certification experience and completed BACB 8-hour supervision training.
  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • Individual NPI and willingness to complete payer credentialing (Medicaid ID and CAQH).

  • Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
  • A genuine love for working with kids and families.
  • Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.

  • Would you like to shape how a growing team is trained?
  • Are you a clear communicator with families, RBTs, and payers?

  • Do you want to help build a growing team?
