About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast is hiring a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This role requires advanced clinical skill, reliability, and leadership potential. In other words, an ABA expert looking to share their expertise with their team of RBTs and other BCBAs. This role reflects advanced clinical skill, reliability, and leadership potential. It offers the ability to mentor and support other BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows (RBTs training to become BCBAs). There is an opportunity to develop management, coaching, and mentoring skills. The role involves participation in program development, quality improvement, and organizational projects (e.g., Pilot projects, Research projects, Poster presentations for internal and external conferences). The Lead BCBA will influence clinic-wide practices, treatment quality, and outcomes beyond an individual caseload, preparing them for future roles such as Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Director, or Support Center Clinical Development roles.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • 3 years of experience in ABA field, 2 years with BCBA license
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
