Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Current LBA license from Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board.
  • Completed BACB approved 8-hour supervision training.
  • 3 or more years practicing as BCBA.
  • Obtain and maintain certification for CPR and BLS (to be provided by employer upon hire).
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Genuine passion and patience for working with young children.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong supervision skills.
