Requirements

Master's or doctoral degree in a related field.
Current BCBA certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Current LBA license from Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board.
Completed BACB approved 8-hour supervision training.
3 or more years practicing as BCBA.
Obtain and maintain certification for CPR and BLS (to be provided by employer upon hire).
Possess a valid driver's license.
Genuine passion and patience for working with young children.
