About The Position

Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide clinic-based, play-focused ABA therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, providing caregiver education and family support, supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions, collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers, and providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience providing ABA therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
  • Experience developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Experience providing caregiver education and family support
  • Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs
  • Ability to collaborate with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers
  • Experience providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs

Responsibilities
