This role involves conducting comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), completing functional and skills-based assessments, developing individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation, creating initial treatment plans, collaborating with families, and working closely with clinical and intake teams. We prioritize ethical decision-making, high-quality clinical outcomes, and providing a manageable workload with technology and administrative support to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

Active BCBA and AZ LBA Certification
2-3 Years experience conducting Initial Assessments
A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
