About The Position

North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based role. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide ethical, assent-based care and contribute to a child's development in areas such as communication, daily living skills, and academic success. NSPT distinguishes itself by practicing true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs working alongside SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers. Unlike other providers, NSPT avoids blanket 40-hour recommendations, instead using a framework that considers individual factors like diagnostic severity, adaptive functioning, age, access to other therapies, and quality of life to create truly individualized and ethical treatment plans. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs.
Write and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect ethical, assent-based care.
Coach, mentor, and train RBTs to ensure best practices.
Partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.
Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers to deliver wraparound care.
Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet high clinical standards.
Build a culture of support, growth, and collaboration.
