About The Position

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based role. Unlike other companies, we practice true interdisciplinary care with BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs working side-by-side, often co-treating. Our approach to treatment recommendations is individualized, considering diagnostic severity, adaptive functioning, age, access to other therapies, and quality of life, rather than defaulting to preset buckets. We are committed to clinician growth, with many leaders starting as BCBAs and progressing into roles like Clinical Directors through mentorship, training, and opportunities. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Texas and in good standing.
Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs.
Write and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect ethical, assent-based care.
Coach, mentor, and train RBTs to ensure best practices.
Partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.
Collaborate with SLPs and OTs providers to deliver wraparound care.
Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet high clinical standards.
Build a culture of support, growth, and collaboration.
