Your skills and expertise in building rapport, using critical assessment tools, and collaborating to shape the initial treatment plan will provide families and the therapy team with a clear roadmap for success. Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and strong skills focused on understanding the ASD diagnostic evaluation and other contributing documents / records from the medical team and school personnel to create a seamless hand-off from Intake
  • Expertise in conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) for clients
  • Critical insights to synthesize assessment data resulting in an actionable initial treatment plan producing measurable outcomes, rooted in evidence-based practices
  • Minimum two years of experience in report writing and designing treatment plans for home and center-based ABA services
  • Clear communication, compassionate feedback to families, and strong collaborative approach with supervising BCBAs to ensure an integrated pathway for effective intervention
