About The Position
Autism 360 is hiring a compassionate BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team! If you're passionate about helping children with autism grow and thrive — and you want real mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team culture — we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- BCaBA certification (or significant progress toward BCaBA/BCBA)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Experience with children with autism and their families
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
Responsibilities
- Supervise ABA treatment implementation
- Coach and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Conduct parent training
- Develop behavior intervention plans alongside BCBAs
- Monitor clinical outcomes and treatment progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
