About The Position

This is a part-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role within a clinician-led ABA practice. The position is designed for a BCaBA who values clear expectations, strong supervision, and ethical practice. The BCaBA will provide hands-on clinical support under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA, in accordance with BACB standards. The role emphasizes quality implementation over productivity quotas and is supported by a founder who is a BCBA prioritizing ethical, sustainable practice. The position offers a structured environment with clearly defined scope of practice, ongoing scheduled BCBA supervision, and no pressure to function as a 'junior BCBA' or independently create treatment plans. Flexible work from home options are available.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Support RBTs with implementation of BCBA-developed and approved programs
  • Model teaching procedures and behavior strategies during sessions
  • Assist with RBT onboarding and case-specific training
  • Conduct probes and assist with program updates under BCBA direction
  • Review session data and prepare summaries for BCBA review
  • Participate in parent training as directed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collaborate with school staff using BCBA-approved goals and strategies
