About The Position

D & M Behavioral Solutions of Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who is working toward the BCBA. This role involves supervising RBTs, coaching caregivers, and ensuring treatment plans are effective in real-life situations. The position offers BCaBA pay while finishing master's studies and BCBA fieldwork, with free supervision. The company's mission is to help children with autism and their families build the skills, confidence, and daily routines to thrive at home, at school, and in the community.

Requirements

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Individual NPI (or obtain before start).
• Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
• A genuine love for working with kids and families.
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.
• Organized and data-driven.
• Clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Working toward your BCBA.

Nice To Haves

• Working on your master’s and your BCBA fieldwork.
• Enjoy coaching RBTs and caregivers as much as working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct ABA services and supervision to RBTs under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Models procedures, gives performance feedback, and monitors treatment fidelity.
• Leads caregiver training using behavioral skills training.
• Assists with assessments, data analysis, graphing, and treatment-plan updates for BCBA review.
• Completes documentation in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Participates in case reviews and quality-improvement activities.
• Follows the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and D & M policies.
