About The Position

The 2027 BNY Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to set new joiners up for success from day one. It includes a structured induction experience to help them assimilate into BNY, learn about the organization, connect with peers and leaders, and build core skills. Analysts are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through enterprise-wide onboarding, meaningful project work, structured mentorship, exposure across practices and platforms, professional and technical training, and a premier early-career experience backed by senior leadership. The program aims to develop the next generation of talent for BNY's global workforce. BNY Wealth, as a leading wealth manager, focuses on helping successful individuals and their families build, manage, and sustain their wealth across generations and market cycles through a unique service model focused on five Active Wealth practices: Investing, Borrowing, Spending, Managing Taxes, and Protecting Legacies.

Requirements

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

Support teams that help successful individuals and families build, manage, and sustain wealth across generations and market cycles.

Assist with research, analysis, and projects that help teams deliver thoughtful wealth management solutions and a strong client experience.
Collaborate with professionals across the business to understand how BNY helps clients preserve and grow wealth through changing financial needs and market environments.
