About The Position

The 2027 BNY Analyst Program in Risk and Compliance is a 24-month rotational program designed to provide new joiners with a structured induction experience. Analysts will gain hands-on experience working with global teams across key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk. The program aims to build an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm, while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. The program includes enterprise-wide onboarding, meaningful project work, structured mentorship, exposure across practices and teams, and professional training.

Requirements

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

Support risk and compliance activities by helping teams apply frameworks, policies, and oversight practices across the firm.
Analyze information, identify trends, and assess how risks are being managed across businesses, processes, and functions.
Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation that support governance, monitoring, and compliance efforts.
Gain exposure to key risk areas such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, and enterprise risk.
