The 2027 BNY Analyst Program - Engineering (Data Science) provides high-potential students with a well-rounded, rewarding rotational experience with engaging Agile Projects while providing first-hand knowledge of our culture, people, business, and impact within the marketplace. 2027 BNY Analyst Program - Engineering (Data Science) analysts will participate in a robust technical experience in JavaScript, Python, CSS, Java, and more. What you will do: Apply data science and analytical methods to solve real business and engineering problems. Analyze data, perform profiling and feature engineering, and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Build and automate analytical processes, models, and tools that improve decision-making and efficiency. Partner with teams across engineering and the business to turn data insights into practical recommendations. Skills you will build: Data analysis, feature engineering, and advanced analytics techniques. Programming skills across tools and languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, and related technologies. Statistical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly. Exposure to machine learning, distributed computing, and scalable data-driven solutions. Analyst Program: Our 24-month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. New joiners take part in a structured induction experience to help them assimilate into BNY, learn about the organization, connect with peers and leaders, and build the core skills needed to navigate their early career with confidence. Program eligibility: Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred. Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.). Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.   • Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
