About The Position

The 2026 BNY Analyst Program – Chief Commercial Office is a 24-month talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare participants for their future careers. Through projects across the Chief Commercial Office, participants will gain a panoramic view of BNY's global franchise and insight into the operations of one of the world's largest banks. Participants will work on high-priority initiatives, develop analytical and interpersonal skills, and gain exposure to senior leadership and clients. Personalized career guidance and support will be provided by a dedicated executive mentor. Upon successful completion, participants will be considered for high-impact roles in multiple businesses and functions.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026 (U.S.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial efforts for the bank's largest, most important clients (e.g., developing cross-enterprise sales plans, preparing materials for client presentations)
  • Conduct primary research on clients and industries to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Help brief senior executives in response to major client meetings and industry events
