The 2026 BNY Analyst Program – Chief Commercial Office is a 24-month talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare participants for their future careers. Through projects across the Chief Commercial Office, participants will gain a panoramic view of BNY's global franchise and insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. Participants will work on high-priority initiatives, develop analytical and interpersonal skills, gain exposure to senior leadership and clients, and receive personalized career guidance and support from an executive mentor. Upon successful completion, participants will be considered for high-impact roles.

Requirements

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
Graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

Support commercial efforts for the bank's largest, most important clients (e.g., developing cross-enterprise sales plans, preparing materials for client presentations)
Conduct primary research on clients and industries to identify opportunities for revenue growth
Help brief senior executives in response to major client meetings and industry events
