About The Position

Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to stay on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers entering the service area within ten (10) seconds of arrival.
  • Direct customers to service write-up area, tag, install mats and seat covers and park vehicles; turn in keys to service advisors.
  • Check customer and loaner vehicles for damage.
  • At time of pickup, valet vehicles for customers, removing mats and seat covers.
  • Ensure proper flow of vehicles in drive thru.
  • Keep drive-thru clean with use of supplied equipment as designated by the Service manager.
  • Wash customer vehicles and perform detail functions as directed.
  • Take charge of wash-bay flow as needed to ensure vehicles are washed on time.
  • Assist with snow removal as needed. This may require shoveling, sanding, cleaning off and moving vehicles, assisting with plowing.
