About The Position
Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a BMW Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. We are a group of dealerships with excellent reputations, and we are looking to grow our winning team. We offer a generous pay plan with aggressive production tiers, highly trained Service Advisors and back counter Parts people to help you be efficient, and the opportunity for 60+ hours per week. We provide a clean, organized and cataloged special tool room to ensure you spend less time looking for a tool and more time turning hours.
Requirements
- Experience as a BMW Technician.
- Ability to perform diagnostic and repair services.
- Proficiency in using special tools and equipment.
- Willingness to participate in training.
- Ability to obtain ASE and State Inspection Certifications.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and repair services on BMW vehicles.
- Efficiently complete repair orders.
- Utilize special tools and equipment for diagnostics and repairs.
