About The Position
Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a skilled, motivated BMW Certified Technician to join our service team in Reno, Nevada. This is a full-time, flat-rate technician position offering competitive compensation, ongoing paid training, and excellent benefits. Requirements
- ASE Certification or BMW Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven ability to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
- Basic customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on cars and light trucks
- Utilize alternative repair methods when appropriate
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer service guidelines
- Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
- Perform all work within the scope of BMW certification standards
- Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations
