About The Position

BMW of Fort Lauderdale has an outstanding opportunity for an Automotive Technician to join the Holman family. This role is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager. The technician will perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. They will diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs, maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials, and keep the shop area neat and clean while accounting for dealership tools. The role also involves road-testing vehicles to ensure quality repairs and adapting to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 + years of dealer-level or large facility experience
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
UTI graduate

Nice To Haves

BMW/MINI experience is highly desired
Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements

Responsibilities
