Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must have your own tools or be willing to acquire them.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and possess a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a current, valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Highline automotive experience is preferred.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing on BMW vehicles.
• Execute line technician services efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and system diagnostics to ensure the highest quality service.
• Stay up-to-date with new automotive technologies and practices to provide the best service to our customers.
• Demonstrate a career-focused, brand-passionate, goal-driven, and customer-centric approach in all tasks.
