About The Position
Car Pros BMW is expanding its sales team and is looking for a talented Farsi-speaking Sales Professional to help serve its diverse customer base. The role involves selling or leasing new and pre-owned BMW vehicles, acting as a product expert, delivering compelling vehicle presentations and test drives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The salesperson must use legal and ethical selling techniques, maintain up-to-date certifications, follow up with customers, and manage customer records in VinSolutions CRM. Collaboration within the team and adherence to Car Pros standards and policies are also expected.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate
- Fluency in Farsi is highly preferred to better serve our Persian-speaking clientele
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, energetic, and a team player
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet monthly sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals
Responsibilities
- Sell or lease new and pre-owned BMW vehicles to walk-in and online customers
- Be a product expert—know your vehicles inside and out, including key features, competitive advantages, and performance specs
- Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drives in the showroom or on the road
- Use only legal and ethical selling techniques
- Ensure certifications are always up to date per BMW and manufacturer requirements
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication in VinSolutions CRM
- Work collaboratively within the team and uphold all Car Pros standards and policies
