BMW Parts Retail Representative
About The Position
Pacific BMW is hiring an Auto Parts and Lifestyle Boutique Representative to help clients purchase BMW parts, accessories, and lifestyle products. This full-time position is 40 hours per week and pays $20 per hour; the rate is non-negotiable and is not commission-based. The position reports to the Parts Manager. The Parts Department is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Candidates must be available to work any day, including weekends and holidays. Pacific BMW is a family-owned dealership that has operated in Glendale since 1982. The company describes itself as an honest, inviting, and innovative business among Southern California dealerships. Employment is subject to a pre-employment investigation that includes a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug testing. Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail experience.
- Excellent knowledge of auto parts.
- Availability to work any day, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to safely lift more than 25 pounds regularly.
- Computer proficiency.
- Submit to a pre-employment investigation that includes a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug testing.

- Bilingual ability in Armenian, Korean, Tagalog, or Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients visiting the Parts Lifestyle Boutique by selling parts, accessories, and lifestyle products.
- Process orders and requests for information by phone, email, and in person.
- Receive payments and ensure parts and other items are billed correctly through the retail counter.
- Receive and sign for packages arriving from third parties and route them to the correct recipients.
- Use the online catalog to identify and order BMW parts accurately.
- Stock parts and accessories in their proper locations.
- Cross-train with the E-commerce team to help ensure clients' orders are accurate and shipped on time.
- Assist with packaging and shipping items sold.
- Assist with perpetual inventory as needed.
- Use safe work habits when handling hazardous materials and carrying heavy equipment.
