Requirements

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is highly recommended
Applicants must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills over the phone, along with strong organizational abilities
An outgoing personality with a talent for building and maintaining relationships is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including proficiency in presentations and the use of MS Office applications
Must have the ability to operate a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling customer appointments efficiently
Greet customers warmly and guide them through the check-in procedure
Actively listen to customers and thoroughly document their concerns
Create accurate and detailed repair orders based on vehicle diagnostics and customer feedback
Effectively communicate and sell the necessary repairs to customers
Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
Deliver vehicles back to customers with an interactive and informative walk through
Perform cashier responsibilities as needed to facilitate smooth transactions
