About The Position

The Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented BMW Orange Park Client Advisor to join our award-winning team of more than 360 associates in Jacksonville, FL. As a Client Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our BMW customers, providing exceptional sales support and delivering a personalized experience that exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, values confidentiality, and enjoys building lasting relationships while supporting the people and processes that keep our organization running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have previous experience in automotive sales or sales related experience, luxury/high-line automotive sales is highly preferred
  • Willingness and flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturdays, as required.
  • A genuine passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • A personable and approachable individual who connects easily with others.
  • Skilled in creating and uploading engaging videos to social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through selecting and purchasing BMW vehicles.
  • Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and test drives to highlight the features and benefits of BMW models.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and support staff to deliver a smooth and efficient sales experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation while following dealership policies.
  • Prospect and follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and other dealership technologies.
  • Meet and interact with customers at the dealership or during service visits.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of BMW vehicles and their technologies.
  • Conduct engaging vehicle presentations that effectively highlight the advanced vehicle technology, key features, and unique benefits of each model.
