About The Position

SimplyEuro is hiring a BMW Level 4 Technician for their Katy, TX location. This position is for a technician who wants to diagnose and repair BMWs correctly, using specialized tools and software. The shop environment is designed to support high-performing technicians, with an average of 200+ flagged hours per technician per month. The role requires confidently diagnosing and repairing complex issues including electrical systems, vehicle networks, engine performance, transmissions, chassis systems, hybrid technology, ADAS calibrations, and the latest BMW vehicle platforms. The company emphasizes a culture where technicians are trusted professionals, not just parts changers, and provides all necessary tools and equipment for accurate, first-time repairs.

Requirements

• Physically capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations.

Responsibilities

• Confidently diagnose and repair complex electrical issues and vehicle networks.
• Diagnose and repair engine performance and transmission concerns.

• Diagnose and repair hybrid technology.
