The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for BMW, an energetic personality, and the drive to advance into our lucrative Client Advisor (sales) role.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience or equivalent
  • A true desire to satisfy customers in a fast-paced, technical, product-driven environment
  • Comfortable and confident on camera
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak with customers in a logical, professional, and effective manner
  • An energetic personality and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Sales-minded, with the drive and motivation to grow into a sales career
  • Exquisite attention to detail in maintaining a professional appearance and image
  • Proficiency in using and communicating through new media (tablets, social media, etc.)
  • A willingness to go the extra mile, conveying enthusiasm whenever you’re on the job
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability standards

Nice To Haves

  • Social media or content creation experience — a major plus
  • Prior retail experience
  • Proficiency driving manual transmission vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Start in our comprehensive training program, where you’ll learn everything you need to become a BMW Genius
  • Master the product so you can familiarize clients with the value and usability of BMW features — and present it all logically, eloquently, and with enthusiasm
  • Be the first impression for our guests, building trust and excitement from first inquiry to first visit
  • Respond to inquiries with personalized video messages — no scripts, no robotic responses
  • Create engaging, authentic content that showcases our vehicles and our brand
  • Connect with clients across video, phone, text, and email to build real relationships
  • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience at every step
  • Follow up with new owners to ensure complete delivery satisfaction
