About The Position

Atkins Kroll is looking for a strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven BMW General Manager to lead both Sales and Service operations for the BMW brand. This role is responsible for driving market share, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across the entire BMW business. The BMW General Manager will provide hands-on leadership across Sales and Service while developing high-performing teams and ensuring operations consistently meet BMW brand standards.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Strong automotive sales, service, and dealership management experience, preferably within a luxury automotive brand such as BMW.
Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate Sales and Service teams.
Strong financial, analytical, organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Guam Driver’s License required.

BMW or luxury automotive brand-specific certifications and training preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead BMW Sales and Service operations to achieve sales, profitability, market share, productivity, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Develop and execute business strategies, sales campaigns, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with company and BMW goals.
Oversee Sales and Aftersales performance, including customer traffic, vehicle sales, service productivity, warranty compliance, recalls, campaigns, and operational standards.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing Sales and Service teams while ensuring BMW certification and training requirements are met.
Drive an exceptional customer experience by addressing concerns, improving service quality, and maintaining premium BMW brand standards across physical and digital touchpoints.
Monitor financial and operational performance, ensure regulatory and BMW compliance, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
