Position Summary: Repair Planning while Leading Production. Develop People. Build Your Future. iCrash Collision, a proud member of the Kniesel's Collision family, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily repair operations and help drive shop performance. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the repair process while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Production Manager, you will work closely with technicians, estimators, parts personnel, and leadership to coordinate workflow, maximize productivity, and ensure repairs are completed on time and according to OEM and Kniesel's standards. You'll serve as a coach and mentor to estimating/production team, fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 3+ years of collision estimating, blueprinting, production management, or body shop leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes, including estimating, blueprinting, repair planning, parts management, and quality control
  • Strong understanding of insurance guidelines and DRP processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple repair vehicles and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with CCC ONE, Nexsyis, or similar systems preferred
  • Ability to analyze production metrics and drive performance improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to maintaining OEM repair standards, safety procedures, and Kniesel's quality expectations
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
