About The Position

Looking for Candidates for Junior/Senior Techno functional roles having experience in Blue Yonder WMS solutions. This role involves executing implementation and customization projects, owning technical delivery and troubleshooting, developing custom functionalities using MOCA, analyzing and debugging integrations using JDA-Connect, designing and maintaining integrations with other enterprise systems, identifying opportunities for system optimization, and creating test cases. Additionally, the role requires stakeholder management, including coordinating with client-side vendors and program managers, raising and tracking bugs, sharing status updates, and representing HCL in client discussions within the Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

Execute implementation and customization projects individually and as a team of BY WMS solutions based on client requirements and business needs.
Own technical delivery and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues related to BY WMS implementation, configuration, and integration.
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Utilize MOCA scripting language to develop custom functionalities, workflows, and interfaces within the WMS platform.
Analyze and debug integrations between BY WMS and Other 3rd party systems using JDA-Connect.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between BY WMS and other enterprise systems such as ERP, TMS, and MES.
Identify opportunities for system optimization, performance improvement, and scalability enhancement within the BY WMS environment.
Implement best practices and recommend solutions to optimize system efficiency and productivity.
Create and execute test cases to validate the functionality, integration, and performance of Blue Yonder modules.
Work with client side of vendors, program managers to co-ordinate discussion on environment, raise relevant bugs, follow up on progress, share the status with all required stakeholder, be the face of HCL in PST zone in all our client discussions.
