About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Blue Yonder Consultant with strong hands-on experience in JDA/Blue Yonder SCPO or Cognitive IBP. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and experience leading end-to-end implementations across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP/IBP processes.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of overall IT/functional experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Advanced Supply Chain Planning (SCPO) – Mandatory.
- Strong experience with Blue Yonder SCPO / Cognitive IBP.
- Experience leading 1–2 full lifecycle supply chain planning implementations.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, constrained planning, allocation, deployment, KPIs, and planning analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder planning engines, data models, batch jobs, and planning workflows.
- Experience with planning model design, control parameters, and scenario simulations.
- Strong analytical, data mining, and large-volume data processing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience leading project teams in client-facing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in global and multicultural delivery environments.
- Ability to explain complex technical and mathematical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in JDA SCPO or strong equivalent platform experience preferred.
- Experience across industries such as Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder SCPO/Cognitive IBP implementations.
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Configure Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP.
- Define planning calendars, hierarchies, measures, workflows, and integration touchpoints.
- Design planning models, control parameters, and scenario simulations.
- Lead solution validation, UAT, go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to define and improve planning processes.
- Conduct workshops, design sessions, and executive reviews.
- Coordinate with data, integration, and technical teams on data loads, interfaces, and automation.
- Provide strategic recommendations for process harmonization, supply chain maturity, and roadmap development.
- Lead and collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
