Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree
2 plus years of related experience

Responsibilities

Efficiently and effectively operates blow molding machine and understand the equipment flow process and accesses, understands, and corrects machine alarm conditions
Diagnoses and corrects operation issues i.e., broken oven lamps, incorrectly fed preforms, discharge jams, etc.
Ensures that the machine and associated equipment is changed over in an efficient and accurate manner
Maintains an adequate supply of raw materials for the machine
Troubleshoots equipment issues while working with the maintenance team to resolve any issue adversely affecting the machine’s operational status
Complies with all standard safety practices, safety rules, good manufacturing practices and all other company rules
Reports any critical mechanical issues to the maintenance team
Maintains accurate records and logs
Other duties as assigned
