Blow Mold Operator - 3rd Shift

About The Position

Supports production needs by setting up, adjusting, cleaning, and operating blow mold equipment. Daily tasks include weight checks, weight adjustments, tooling changes, cleaning, and troubleshooting. The role requires meeting daily production goals and maintaining a clean work area and equipment. The operator will monitor the Alpine, clear jams, and notify material handlers when the alpine becomes full. They will also operate the bailer and make bails when it is full. Communication with lead persons or supervisors is essential for addressing issues. The operator will assist maintenance when equipment issues extend beyond their scope and will follow all Safety Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proper documentation required by management must be filled out. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through multiple channels – oral, written, visual, and non-verbal.

  • Requires reaching and handling dairy products.
  • Pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.

Responsibilities
