About The Position

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking an adaptable, dependable Blow Mold Bagger/Debagger to support packaging operations. This role involves operating labelers, daters, baggers, and debaggers, and completing all required production and quality paperwork accurately. The position requires maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety and GMP standards. The Blow Mold Bagger/Debagger will work closely with Machine Operators to ensure a steady and continuous flow of bottles to fillers, bagging approximately 5,600 bottles per hour to maintain the supply for all three machines. Duties also include performing as a Sour Cream Bagger on Tuesdays. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and to assist in multiple areas as operational needs require. Requirements

Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an effective team member.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend the entire shift virtually.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, processing, or warehouse experience is preferred.
Previous food manufacturing, processing, or warehouse experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Operate labelers, daters, baggers, and debaggers.
Complete all required production and quality paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety and GMP standards.
Work closely with Machine Operators to ensure a steady and continuous flow of bottles to fillers.
Bag approximately 5,600 bottles per hour to maintain the supply for all three machines.
Perform duties as a Sour Cream Bagger on Tuesdays.
Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
Assist in multiple areas as operational needs require.
