About The Position

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking an adaptable, dependable Blow Mold Bagger/Debagger to support packaging operations. This role involves operating labelers, daters, baggers, and debaggers, and completing all required production and quality paperwork accurately. The position requires maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety and GMP standards. The Blow Mold Bagger/Debagger will work closely with Machine Operators to ensure a steady and continuous flow of bottles to fillers, bagging approximately 5,600 bottles per hour to maintain the supply for all three machines. Duties also include performing as a Sour Cream Bagger on Tuesdays and all other tasks as assigned by management. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and to assist in multiple areas as operational needs require.

Requirements

• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an effective team member.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend the entire shift virtually.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, processing, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Previous food manufacturing, processing, or warehouse experience is a plus!
