About The Position

Join the ImpactLife team as a Collection Specialist within the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. This role involves conducting donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, as well as providing donor care throughout the donation process. ImpactLife is a community nonprofit that provides lifesaving blood products to over 120 hospitals and emergency medical service providers across a four-state region. The organization has been saving lives for 50 years and has grown to a team of 800+ strong, headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, with distribution hubs and donor centers in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. The position is full-time, requiring 30-39 hours per week, with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Requirements

Customer service experience
Enjoy working with the public
Have a good, stable work history
Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required
