About The Position

The Blockchain Payments Product Lead will work closely with cross-functional partners across the organization to design, build, and scale secure, compliant, and client-centric payment solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of payments, emerging technologies, and the ability to lead complex initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in payments, money movement, financial technology, or product management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of payments systems, infrastructure, or blockchain technology
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy and execute against a defined roadmap
  • Experience working across cross-enterprise teams and multiple business units to deliver complex solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for blockchain-based payments
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance payment capabilities, including cross-border payments, real-time settlement, and emerging digital asset use cases
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with technology teams to design and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure payment solutions
  • Collaborate across business lines and enterprise functions, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and regulatory adherence
  • Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of product outcomes
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions to support product capabilities
  • Support go-to-market efforts, including stakeholder alignment, client engagement, and product enablement
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in payments and blockchain to inform product direction
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leaders and key stakeholders
