About The Position

As a Blending Technician, you'll work in the "kitchen of the plant," preparing beverage batches by following detailed formulas and procedures to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll measure and verify ingredients, operate and clean equipment, complete production documentation, and work closely with your team to keep production running efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that offers the opportunity to learn valuable skills, contribute to products enjoyed by customers across the country, and grow your career with Carolina Beverage Group. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or machine operation experience
  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Experience working with inventory systems
  • Knowledge of food safety practices such as GMPs or HACCP

Responsibilities

  • Follow recipes and written instructions to prepare beverage batches
  • Measure and verify ingredients for accuracy and quality
  • Complete production paperwork and recordkeeping
  • Maintain ingredient traceability using computer systems
  • Clean and sanitize equipment
  • Assist with moving ingredients and materials throughout the department
  • Operate equipment safely and follow food safety procedures
  • Work closely with teammates to keep production running efficiently
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Operate a forklift safely to transport ingredients, materials, and finished products throughout the facility
  • Support additional duties as assigned
