Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
Previous experience in a packaging or blending environment preferred.
Have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

Performs weighing and labeling of ingredients for the blending area with computerized inventory systems (WINS, SAP).
Accurately maintains computerized documents.
Assures proper quantity of pre-weighed materials are available and used.
Add ingredients to blender manually and automatically.
Makes sanitary connections for CIP, COP, and other forms of cleaning.
Unload, inspect and hook-up Super Sacks of dry blended materials.
Complete all necessary transactions, reports, and documentation.
Perform assigned preventative maintenance on equipment.
Disassemble and assemble machinery for product changeovers.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Must be able to use independent judgement and work well with a team.
