About The Position

As a Blending Coordinator, you will coordinate the activities across our sites in Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You will join a team of enthusiastic and committed colleagues and act as the key link between the customer and the various departments within the petroleum division. You will be the primary point of contact for several key customers in the sector, ensuring proactive follow-up of ongoing activities and responding to all customer inquiries. When onboarding new customers or launching new assignments, you take the lead to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

Background in the petroleum industry and/or expertise in blending through relevant professional experience.
Responsibility and customer focus are your greatest strengths.
Ability to set the right priorities, work proactively and take initiative.
Service-oriented professional who goes the extra mile for customers and finds practical solutions to challenges.
Dynamic, driven and flexible, with strong self-confidence and excellent communication skills.
Perfect command of English.

Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Maintaining frequent telephone contact with customers and continuously building strong professional relationships.
Managing the daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders.
Translating customer orders into work instructions for surveyors and laboratory staff and helping ensure their correct execution.
Verifying outgoing reports and invoices that are sent to customers.
Working closely with colleagues from the sales team and other departments such as inspection and laboratory services, contributing to strengthening SGS's market position.
