About The Position

One River School of Art & Design is seeking a part-time Blender Art Teacher for Grades 6-12 at our Clark, NJ location. This role is ideal for public and private school art teachers or graduate art students looking to supplement their income. The school offers a unique, state-of-the-art studio environment with a focus on contemporary art education and a proprietary curriculum. Teachers deliver engaging, student-centric lessons in small class sizes with minimal prep required. The school's mission is to transform art education and help individuals of all ages develop their creative capacity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Blender 3D.
• Proficiency in Moho.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac: Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects.
• Proficiency in Procreate.
• 1+ years of experience teaching digital art or digital design classes.
• BFA or BS in Art Education.
• Experience with 3D Modeling and Rigging.
• Thoughtful communication skills.
• A passion for One River School's mission.
• Must live within easy commutable distance from the work site location.
• Availability for summer camp weekday mornings (June 22-26 & August 10-14) and weekday evenings (August 17-21).
• Availability during the school year for classes typically starting at 3:30 pm.
