About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining the racetrack and property through various repair, painting, and maintenance activities. The position involves ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including grounds, entrances, and walkways, as well as managing inventory and promoting excellent guest service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintains racetrack and property performing routine repairs, painting and maintenance activities.
- Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters.
- Notifies management concerning need for any repairs.
- Removes snow, ice, and debris from all facility entrances and walk ways.
- Maintains exterior grounds and parking lot.
- Maintains floor cleanliness.
- Communicates inventory supply status to management.
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Reports on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions.
- Promotes superior guest service.
