About The Position
Under general supervision, the Blaster is responsible for cleaning, preparing, and finishing metal or other surfaces using abrasive blasting equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual quality inspections.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate sandblasting and abrasive blasting equipment to clean, smooth, or prepare surfaces.
- Perform routine maintenances and cleaning of blasting equipment.
- Visually inspect completed work to ensure surfaces meet required finish standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Adheres to safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols including use of PPE.
