About The Position

Responsible for placing stacks of filled product racks into the blast tunnel. Primary tasks of the position are to grasp a stack of product racks on a wheel, which has been staged outside the entrance to the blast tunnel, pull or push the stack which will require walking with the stack; position the stack to one of three lanes in the blast tunnel, aligning wheels with tracks in the floor of the blast; push the stack onto tracks and onto the blast tunnel chain; release the stack of racks and the blast tunnel chain will pull through the blast tunnel. Other tasks include assisting in removing rack spills in the blast tunnel as needed, pick up product that falls out of the rack and process according to procedure.

Requirements

At least six months of relative operator experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Prior employment at Tyson with a waiting period of 181 days before reapplying.
