About The Position

The line between work and play is about to be blurred. We are looking for you to join our fun and energetic table games team as a Blackjack Dealer! While we show you around the tables, you'll be learning the ins and outs of the games and be shown that you can play games for a living! What qualifies you to be a dealer? Great customer service skills and the ability to be quick on your feet with basic math. Oh Yeah, we offer Paid Training! Classes begin July 18th, Apply today! Requirements

  • Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino
  • Must be able to follow and understand directions
  • Must be able to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License
  • Good eye-hand coordination
  • Excellent math skills
  • Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Walk, stand, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area
  • Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets
  • Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures
  • Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary
  • Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies
  • Work closely with supervisors, floor staff, and surveillance to ensure smooth operations
