Blackhawk Pilot - Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) UH-60
About The Position
Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking an experienced UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot to conduct Maintenance Test Flights, project flight tests, and various mission-critical aviation duties supporting Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) efforts. This role involves operating rotary-wing aircraft to support system integration, experimentation, and operational testing, contributing to the advancement of Army aviation capabilities. Candidates with fixed-wing qualifications may have opportunities to support additional aircraft platforms. The position requires a skilled pilot with technical expertise, flight discipline, and a mission-focused mindset for a high-impact aviation program.
Requirements
- Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or higher with appropriate ratings (multi-engine, instrument, helicopter)
- UH-60 MTP Qualified
- Resume detailing flight experience and qualifications
- Pilot certificates and ratings
- Medical certification documentation
- Flight-hour documentation/logbooks
- SF-50 (if applicable)
- Active Secret Security Clearance is required
- Total flight time: 1,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 250 hours
- Night flight: 75 hours
- Instrument flight: 75 hours (minimum 10 hours actual IMC)
- Recent flight experience: 100 hours within the last 12 months

- Candidates who also hold fixed-wing qualifications may have the opportunity to support additional aircraft platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot and Project pilot on our UH-60 L/M aircraft.
- Conduct developmental, operational, and project evaluation flight missions.
- Perform mission planning, including weather analysis, flight routing, and airspace coordination.
- Support aviation test planning and execution in coordination with engineers and test personnel.
- Prepare flight reports, evaluations, and technical documentation.
- Maintain required medical certification and flight currency.
- Perform additional aviation-related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Subject to random drug testing.
